A Few Facts About East Park
The Villages of East Park in the City of Marietta, Georgia are served by a property owners association incorporated as East Park Community Association, Inc. It is governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws, and a set of Design Guidelines and Community-Wide Standards. Members of the very active Board of Directors are elected at the annual meeting held in the fall of each year. Members of the community assist with a variety of active committees including architectural review, landscape, tennis, and pool. Newsletters are published five to six times a year.
